วิธีขอลบข้อมูลของคุณ

ขั้นตอน

1. ทักแชทเดิมที่คุณคุยกับเรา (เพจ Facebook หรือบัญชี LINE) แล้วพิมพ์ว่า "ขอลบข้อมูล"
2. คำขอที่ส่งมาจากบัญชีแชทของคุณเองถือเป็นการยืนยันตัวตนแล้ว ไม่ต้องส่งเอกสารเพิ่ม (ถ้าติดต่อทางอื่น เราอาจขอให้ยืนยันผ่านแชทเดิม)

สิ่งที่ถูกลบ

How to delete your data

Steps

1. Message the Facebook Page or LINE account you have been chatting with and write "delete my data" (or "ขอลบข้อมูล").
2. A request sent from your own chat account verifies that it is you; no documents are needed. If you contact us another way we may ask you to confirm through that chat.
3. We will confirm in the same chat and delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your whole chat history, including images, files, stickers and comments
• Your name, profile picture and platform user ID stored in our system
• Your phone number, address, company name, staff notes, tags and follow-up tasks
• System backups containing your data rotate out within 14 days.

What the law requires us to keep

• Quotations, tax invoices, receipts and repair intake documents already issued to you are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, and are not used for marketing.

Messages that remain in your LINE or Messenger app, and copies held by those platforms, are governed by LINE's and Meta's own policies; you can delete them in your app. If you message us again after deletion, a new chat history starts.
